CLAIMS EXECUTIVE
Ensure computed claims settlement and verified reimbursements from insurers are valid. Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with insurers and/or outstanding information from clients.
Perform daily monitoring on the e-Marine portal and liaising with IT vendors. Ensuring the website is regularly updated and perform improvements on the website.
