Responsibilities: TBC
  • Data entry
  • Office Administrative
  • Ad-hoc tasks asigned by supervisor
  • Coordinate/steer the workflow process of all agency and department communications within our automated/manual processes. Identify and troubleshoot items to resolution with minimal direction and escalate items impacting customer services. Accurately support the policy file management systems, electronically and in hardcopy format.
  • Perform data entry support in all systems.
  •  Identify processing errors/deficiencies prior to handling and insure the data integrity of information.
  • Administrate renewal processes for manual policies in compliance with UW guidelines.
  • Prepare New Business applications for underwriting review. Inclusive of logging into databases, customer number look up/cross referencing of policies.  Compile applicable information to support the UW review process.
  • Support/handle policy documentation, inclusive of filing/mailing of policies, document indexing and other administrative duties as requested.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the automated systems, department workflows and underwriting practices.
  • Comply with proper internal controls as necessary to conduct job functions and/or carry out responsibilities and/or administrative activities at Company.
